Whether you're enjoying a long weekend or just a slower rhythm with your family, we hope you're finding a little time to rest, reset, and reconnect. Maybe even fire up the grill and soak in some sunshine. 🍉☀️

This month, we’ve been leaning into one of the most important skills we can model: emotional regulation.

Not in a “stay calm at all times” kind of way — but in a “how can I take care of my state so I can respond better when things get hard” kind of way.

Here’s what’s been top of mind:

Emotional regulation starts before the big feelings show up.

Rest, food, and daily inputs matter more than we think.

This study was a great reminder: the kind of news we consume can shape our mood — and our reactions.

We're swapping doomscrolling for good news sources that help keep the mood monster in check and offer something uplifting to share around the dinner table. A small shift, but a powerful one.

And yes — that recent headline about AI outperforming humans in emotional intelligence? It caught our eye too. But we’ll take real presence over robotic empathy any day. That’s the kind of EQ our kids really learn from.

As the school year wraps and summer begins, we’re shifting our focus to social skills — because confidence, communication, and connection don’t just happen in the classroom.

They grow in real-life moments. Like meeting new friends, collaborating on a project, or even launching a mini business together — just like the kids do at Camp Supernova.

It’s our global summer experience where kids from all over the world build entrepreneurial mindsets and social skills that last far beyond the season.

We know many of you are entrepreneurs, educators, coaches, or simply passionate about this kind of growth — and if you'd like to sponsor a child (or a few!) to join us at camp, we’d love to hear from you here.

Until next week, get those hats and sunglasses out because summer’s bringing the bright ideas and bold connections!
